La roche aux mouettes
La Roche aux Mouettes was one of the first three houses built on the Ile du Levant in 1932.
This house was renovated over 3 years by Bruno and Sylvain to restore it to its former glory and today's modernism.
"The Little Story of the House Name":
The previous owners had the family name "Laroche".
Seagulls, which are actually gulls, regularly found refuge on the roof as an observatory. This house built on rock being part of the Massif des Maures, a nice play on words was born "The Seagull Rock"
